Thank you for your interest in joining our affiliate program! Whether you're a seasoned or beginner artist, content creator, streamer, or other creative, we're happy to have you here at The Press.

Our creative partnerships are the core foundation of our mission. They're truly what makes us "The Adventurer's Press", and we proudly support the hard work and effort of our affiliates.

Our commitment to the community is to create the best marketplace for independent creatives to showcase their talents. All of our tokens, playmats and other products are illustrated by real, human artist. We do not use or promote AI generated content in any of our products.

When you become an affiliate artist or creative, you'll receive an industry leading 50% royalty on all associated product sales, and a 6% commission on any referral sale.

Becoming an artist.

The Adventurer’s Press operates under a non-exclusive licensing agreement - meaning you retain all rights to your own art. You can even sell it on other non-exclusive platforms!

When you become an affiliate artist, we will handle all of the production and fulfillment. Once approved, your tokens will be listed on our official website and Etsy account.

There is NO upfront cost to becoming an affiliate. Simply submit your art and receive 50% of all profits from your sales!

Token Fromating

Layout and composition can be tricky for new card artists. We have custom templates with a handy card frame overlays for both Photoshop and Procreate.

Please submit all art as a 2.75"x3.75" rectangle - with your art filling the entire art board. This minimizes the possibility of any composition errors when printing.

We can add standard card names and text blocks if requested. Otherwise, you can also include these elements directly into your art.

Upon becoming an affiliate, you will also provide a preferred artist credit title to add to each card.

How do I submit art?

For now, we are taking new submissions via our websites contact form. Just send us an email to get started!

What is the approval process?

We screen each submission for signs of AI art. Once screened, new art takes about 2-3 weeks to be produced and published on our platform.

Can I submit art just for myself?

Yes! We work with many small businesses and community artists as a production partner. Whether it is for a 'one-off' order or a large batch, just contact us via our contact form for a custom quote.

Will you modify my art at all?

If you have any questions about formatting we are happy to help make modifications, but we will never change or modify submitted art out without explicit artist approval.

Who owns my art if I become an affiliate?

You do! The Adventurer's Press operates under a non-exclusive license, so you retain full ownership of your work. You can freely produce or sell it outside of The Adventurer's Press as long as all contracts are non-exclusive.

How do I get paid?

We pay our affiliates monthly via Paypal. When you become and affiliate, we will ask for your account profile name to confirm payment availability before publishing your first product. Each payment is for the entirety of the previous month. So, for example, an April payment will be for the period of March 1-31st.

Do I need to sign any forms to start?

We do not currently require affiliate artists to submit a W-9 Tax ID form before publication. We request a W-9 only when the annual payment threshold (currently $2,000) is met. However, if you are more comfortable filing a W-9 before submitting work, we are happy to send you a form. Because it contains sensitive information, we store all affiliate W-9 forms on encrypted, offline drives.
